About Unwind Your Mind
Unwind Your Mind (UYM) is Jong TNO's committee that organizes stress relief and stress reduction events. Our goal is to provide Jong TNO-ers with workshops to increase their personal effectiveness and decrease stress with fun activities. Examples of these events are the yoga and meditation sessions, our assertiveness course, handling conflict, finding your passion and many more.
UYM is currently working hard on providing new events for 2022. These events will include:

We usually hold events on the fourth Thursday of the month, keep an eye out on the JongTNO events page for our "UYM" events!
