UYM - Sailing lesson | Kaag
Have you always wanted to learn how to sail, but never found the right moment for it? Here is your chance! UYM and JTNO present an introductory sailing lesson! No sailing experience required.
This sailing lesson is perfect for beginners or those with minimal sailing experience who are eager to discover the joys of sailing. The experienced instructors will guide you through the basics of sailing and share their enthusiasm and love for the wind and water with you. In this lesson you will learn how to manoeuvre a Valk, hoist the sails and how to work with the wind.
Don't miss the chance to experience the calming embrace of sailing and prepare yourself for a summer filled with nautical adventures.
The lesson will take place at De Kaag Watersport Academy, please be there 15 minutes before the lesson. It is most easily reachable by car, at just a 15 minute drive from Leiden. We try to help in organising transportation for those without a car. As the event approaches, a dedicated app group will be created in the Jong TNO Whatsapp community to discuss the options.
Please unregister in time if you cannot make it, to allow others to enjoy the event :) Also note that canceling after the registration deadline may require payment of the fee if no replacement is found.
