"You can spend time, effort, and money working hard on developing your weaknesses, and eventually, you will possess an extremely well developed set of weaknesses.”

Understanding one’s own strengths, areas for development, as well as those abilities and skills that are beyond reach is key to achieving success as an employee, manager, or leader. The first step in knowing where your career can go is understanding what comes easily to you, what you can develop, and what you need to rely on others for. Various methods for enhancing one’s self-awareness as it applies to work and career will be addressed.
