Jong TNO x HR session | Survey to Success: Empowering Change at Work


We're excited to invite you to a special session in collaboration with HR on the Employee Engagement Survey (EES) and empowering change at work.

Once a year, the employee engagement at TNO is measured in the EES to help understand how employees feel at work. This lunch event features two engaging speakers on the EES and plenty of room for discussion, aimed at providing insights into:

  • how TNO follows up on the survey results and
  • what actions you, as young employees, can take to feel more engaged and to improve your workplace environment.

To help contribute to these goals, we have the following agenda:

  • Introduction: A brief explanation on the Jong TNO x HR sessions, the topic for this session and introduction of the speakers
  • Renske Boekhout (HR and project manager EES): She knows all about the EES, TNO's follow-up process and the EES results dashboard and will share these insights with you.
  • Karin de Jong (RM of Radar Technology): With over 20 years of experience at TNO, Karin will share her wealth of experience and insights on how she has followed up on EES results as an RM and what she does to engage (young) employees for a motivated and collaborative working environment.

This session will be dynamic and interactive. We encourage you to think about topics you want to hear about and bring your ideas and questions for Renske, Karin and HR to the event or by emailing them upfront to uym@tno.nl.

Of course, we can't invite you for this session without the important reminder that you still have until February 28th to fill in the EES. You can find the invite for the survey in your mailbox. This is your chance to let your voice be heard!
