We will make GNOCCHI GORGONZOLA E NOCI and GNOCCHI ALLA SORRENTINA from scratch and then have a nice dinner together.
Both dishes are vegetarian, the latter one can become vegan by removing cheese and eggs.

GNOCCHI
- 0,5 kg potatoes (iets kruimig roodschillig)
- 200 g wheat flour

- 1 egg
GORGONZOLA E NOCI
- 100g Gorgonzola
- 50g walnut kernels
- 50ml whole milk
- 50g Parmesan
- salt
- pepper
ALLA SORRENTINA SAUCE
- salt
- pepper
- 300g tomatoes passata
- fresh basil
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 125g Mozzarella
- 35g Parmesan
UTENSILS
